This time, the main theme was "story-telling" :) Our first task was to draw a situation that had a positive impact on our mood, something good that happened to us recently. Later, by contrast, we drew situations that made us sad, made us feel bad and also presented a problem that we had to solve. The most interesting part of the workshop was to turn into the actual heroes of our stories and to identify with the problems that the story contained within itself <3 ️ We would lik
After the first workshop we get to know each other so well that we felt at ease and had a great time talking to each other. ️<3 After an initial moment of reflection, we began to discuss situations in which we had to face a challenge: about people who made us do things we disliked and how we managed to deal with that. On Wednesday, March 6, at our Foundation, we had the pleasure to participate in the intuitive painting workshop together with SWPS students. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to express our emotions with crayons, markers and paints in all the colours of the rainbow.
